Dr. Manchester is at the top of her field in dentistry. She is precise and caring. I was in pain and went to three dentists before her she found what was wrong and fixed it ASAP. She also fixed my front teeth and you can't tell there was any work done. My front teeth are beautiful. She is very thorough and kind.

Best dental experience ever! After lots of trauma with dentist offices from when I was younger I have searched high and low for an office that is perfect for me and I’ve finally found it. Dr Manchester is so delicate and precise that even the numbing shot is virtually painless!! I was offered blankets and pillows that made me that much more comfortable. She checks in with you multiple times during the appointment and even called me days after to make sure I was doing well after a long procedure. My crown feels so great I can’t believe I waited this long to do it! Such an amazing & caring crew I almost can’t wait to come back to get my teeth cleaned.

I had an amazing experience at this dental office. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive throughout my visit. You can tell she has extensive experience and genuinely enjoys what she does, which made me feel confident and comfortable in her care. I also want to recognize Perla at the front desk, who was a joy to talk to and incredibly friendly. She made the entire experience even more welcoming from the moment I walked in. The staff overall was professional, kind, and helpful. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care. I'll definitely be coming back!

I had such a great experience thanks to Perla Janette at the front desk! She is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly goes above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable. From the moment my mom walked in, she handled everything with professionalism and kindness. You can tell she works very hard and genuinely cares about customer service. She was organized, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who balances efficiency and compassion so well. Janette is a huge asset to the office, and I really appreciate all of her help!

What can I say? This place is perfect. It's like a spa day for my mouth. I love the care I get here. Dr. Manchester is brilliant and kind and I enjoy seeing her every time. Her staff are just as incredible too. Everyone is so sweet, organized, detail-oriented, and skilled. I never feel rushed here, yet everything is done in a timely manner. You know you are in good hands at Dental Care By Design. I'm in my forties and have been to my fair share of dental offices and none compare! Come here if you want first-rate care!
